Tidbit Tuesday
Yesterday I made this yummy skinny pool side dip

You can get the recipe HERE. I halved the recipe and used homemade ranch seasoning instead.
It is soo yummy with crackers….
But then I thought wouldn’t this be great in a wrap.
So I got out a tortilla & added some of the dip

Put on some avocado

Then finished it with Cajun chicken lunchmeat (Any lunch meat or left over meat would be great to)

Rolled it up and voila a nice cool lunch for the summer heat and I bet it would be great pool side as well Island with a palm tree.
