I have been having a little back pain lately and have been very cautious when bending, but yesterday Brad had planted a bunch of seeds and bulbs in pots and in the process of moving them I bent down to put a pot down and that is all she wrote, my lower back went completely out. I can barely sit for long periods of time and laying down is not fun either.
I am seriously considering this right now:
And these are just funny.

**If I am a little behind reading your blogs I am really sorry. I tried this morning to read some of them but it hurts to sit in this chair, going to the doctor this afternoon**
Had to get a shot to help with the spasms, hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to walk up right.
so sorry to hear this, jenny! hope this new acupuncture treatment helps. ;) glad you can keep your sense of humor about it... (((hugs)))
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon!!!

Here's to hoping you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI love that you have a sense of humor aout the whole ordeal though. Those comics are hilarious!
It's rather sad the silly things that can throw out your back. Last year I was helping my preschool students pick up blocks and put them away when all of a sudden I felt a snap. That was it! I was laid up for about 2 days. It happened again about 6 weeks later. Oh, to be in my 30's again!
ReplyDeleteI pray that you're feeling better!
Once again, work around the house is DANGEROUS and should be avoided at ALL costs! Feel better friend :}
