Excuse the red on my neck and my my grey’s that need some serious help and my hair in general yikes. I have been using my rice pack this morning cause guess what…It’s gonna rain and you know what that means. Headache central for this mama.
My blog friend Julie from Living Our Lives…Unscripted & Keeping My Family Healthy With Essential Oils was so sweet and sent me some oils when I was in the thick of my migraines so I have been using them this morning with the rice pack.
I have met a lot of sweet friends through blogging and that is why I continue to do so even though I only have a handful of people that read my blog anymore I cherish the friends I have made through the years.
