Yesterday I was watching Michael Castro’s vlog and he was eating Tate’s bake shop chocolate chip cookies and saying how good they were.
Sooo
Quick google search and I found that they are not sold everywhere but they are sold at Cracker Barrel. Just so happened my parents were near a Cracker Barrel and they went and grabbed me some and had some dinner since they were there and all.
They made a cookie delivery this morning

YUM!!!
They are crispy chocolate chip cookies but they are super delicious.
Well because you can never have too many cookies I decided to also make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I popped over to my Pinterest and searched my dessert board for a recipe and found this one.
Whole Wheat Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies Made With Coconut Oil
(I think I am obsessed with two peas and their pods recipes.)
I love that these cookies are made with coconut oil instead of butter cause I am always looking for recipes using it.
I did not have the dark chocolate chips that the recipe called for so I used some milk chocolate ones filled with peanut butter.
I got so excited I forgot to take pics of the first three steps. Whoopsy!
The dough looked and tasted sooo good!!!
Here is the finished product.
Guys these are heaven.
My son got home from school and ate 4.
What are you waiting for go make some!!!
