The injections went well and I got three on each side lower on my back this time to see if that helps better.

September Ipsy Glam Bag
This months theme is Face Fashion/Face the Future!
The bag is a nice golden color perfect for Fall!
The first item was a total fail for me. It is a rosehip & hibiscus moisturizer by Bayberry Naturals . I thought it was gonna smell amazing and it smelled awful so it never even made it on my body to know how moisturizing it is. 
A full size Garnier Fructis Full & Plush Voluptuous Blow Out. This was okay. It did give volume and smelled very nice but it left my hair feeling a weird texture. I like my hair to feel super soft so not sure this would be a product I would use every day. Full size retails for $5.99.
A Queen of the fill tinted brow gel by Elizabeth Mott. I think I would have loved this if I would have received the medium dark shade but I got light medium which is way too light for my dark eyebrows. A full size retails for $20.00.
I also received this NYX palette which was made exclusively for Ipsy subscribers. These trio palettes normally run for around $6 but right now they are on sale for $3 on NYX’s Site. I have a couple of their trio palettes and they have good pigmentation and staying power with a primer.
Last but not least I received a mini matte lip crayon by tre’Stique in the shade Nantucket Nude. The full size comes with a balm on the other end which I think may have made this a better product. The liner was a bit too matte for me because I love some shine but I just layered a gloss over it and it worked fine. A full size retails for $28.00. I doubt I would pay that for this product.

Nordstrom Rack Just Take My Money
I have got to steer clear of this place!!!
Me and my friend went on another shopping outing which ended with a trip to Nordstrom Rack which ended up in the beauty section which ended up with me walking out of the store with these:
Military Wife mentioned the EOS Coconut milk lip balm was awesome and since I cave to peer pressure they had a whole bowl of them I grabbed two. One is in my purse already.
I have all of the Stila palettes like these except this one and since I need another eye shadow palette like I need a hole in the head it was on sale I grabbed it. It was $19.97+tax =$21.37 and they are still going for $31.00 on Sephora but you have to pay shipping unless you have Flash shipping plus the tax…. I mean really better deal all around if you can find it at Nordstrom Rack.
My friend noticed the smoked palette and I have been wanting it for a while because Kandee Johnson said it was bomb..the peer pressure is strong in this one. They have it on the Urban Decay website on the sale page for $22 but with shipping + tax it would come to $32.10. I got it for $19.97 + tax=$21.37 so again way better deal at Nordstrom Rack.
Okay now someone enroll me in eye shadow addicts anonymous STAT!! I need no more….
I also found this little Gingerdead men cookie cutter at Nordstrom Rack for $4.97 and these cute dish towels at Kohl’s which were on sale for $5.00 for each set.
So tell me how many eye shadow palettes do you own? I need support people don’t make me feel alone in my obsession!!

Breakfast Sandwich Maker
I saw a commercial for this Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich Maker the other day and was already placing a order to Kohls for some other products and had coupons, Kohls cash and reward money so I figured why not.
It cost $32.99 but that is not what I paid. I think I ended up paying like $20.00.
I tested it out this morning and OMG I think I love this thing.
It is really small and doesn’t take up much counter space.
It does take about 5 minutes to preheat along with the 5 minutes to cook so it takes more time then popping a frozen breakfast sandwich in the microwave.
I decided to make the classic egg “Mc”muffin.
I sprayed it down with olive oil spray. It says to use cooking spray but Pam literally makes me gag from the smell.
It was super simple to assemble and then you just set your timer for 5 minutes.
It turned out perfect and tastes way better then ickdonalds.
There are a ton of recipes on Pinterest for this thing too. I am excited to try some new concoctions for breakfast, lunch and even desserts.
Be careful though and use a oven mitt because it is super hot and you don’t want to be a moron like me burn yourself.

My back is still jacked up and so far the injections do not seem to have helped but they said sometimes it takes the second round for it to make a difference so keep crossing your fingers and toes.

Happy Birthday My Friend
You never really think this will be the last birthday card I will get from my friend but in 2006 when we both turned 30 it was:
We will be the big 40 next year and I wish she was here to send me another card like this.
In 2007 I did not receive a birthday card or a phone call from my best friend and it was so odd cause she never missed a opportunity to tell me I was older then her if only by a couple weeks. I tried to call that week and could not get a hold of her.
Then on August 31st 2 days after my birthday I found out why. My best friend had taken her own life and was no longer on this earth when my birthday rolled around. It was one of the worst days of my life. I felt like someone just ripped out my heart and stomped on it!!!
We had been best friends since we were 11. She was my partner in crime and we lived right next door to each other so if we were not together running the woods behind our houses or playing in the ditch we were talking between our houses through our windows cause our rooms were right across from each other.
It still feels so unreal that she is no longer here and I still miss her to this day!!
I just wish I could give her a big hug and tell her Happy Birthday!

Butterflies In Heaven
