September Ipsy Bag
It Cosmetics Superhero travel size mascara. Full size retails for $24.00
Be A Bombshell nail polish in Holy Fuchsia. Retails for $6.00 (IPSY30)
Briogeo Don’t Despair Repair deluxe sample deep conditioning mask. Full Size retails for $36.00 (IPSY20)
Waxing Kara sweet lips honey lip balm. Retails for $10.00
Bellapierre mineral blush in Autumn Glow. Retails for $20.00
Swatches:
The Mineral blush by Bellapiere in the shade Autumn Glow seems more like a topper cause it gives a nice sheen to the skin but the color is very light. I have only applied it to my hand so far so it might pick up more color on the cheeks.
I tried to go out in the sunlight and video it so you could see it better but I don’t think you can get the full effect. It has sparkle to it but not like chunky sparkle. It is very pretty actually.
Happy Monday

Think Pink
I teamed up with Glossier for their #GlossierPink Pinterest board. Since Autumn is upon us I thought I would share some of my favorite pink beauty products.
I am not a pinky pink kind of girl I like more mauvy pink tones for summer. So here are my top picks.
For the past 5 months I have been loving the balmdotcom from Glossier. I apply this to my lips before I apply any makeup so my lips are nice and hydrated. As you know from this post & this post I am a bit of a lip balm/chap stick connoisseur junkie. I Do Not like my lips to feel the slightest bit dry and this stuff is awesome and the coconut one smells like German Chocolate Cake..YUM!! The best part about this product is it is multipurpose so you can use it on any part of your body that is dry or rough like your nails/cuticles so it’s perfect to carry in your purse.
I think I own all of the Real Techniques original collection but I mainly reach for my pink brushes. They are so affordable and are so super soft. I also am starting to really like the beauty blender, but I still love the real techniques miracle complexion sponge but since it ain’t pink well…. LOL
From Left to Right: Beauty Blender, Blush brush, Setting brush, Stippling brush, Retractable lip brush.
All the brushes below I have received in my ipsy bag and wouldn't ya know ipsy comes in it’s signature pink bag and it is definitely a beauty fave of mine. Who doesn’t love trying new products. Am I right ladies?
I digress..brushes right. So these are my favorite of favorites eye brushes (with a blush/highlight brush thrown in). Like not just because of this post and their pink these are what I reach for on a daily basis. They are all soft and do exactly what they are supposed too with no fuss.
From Left to Right: slmissglam blush brush (I use for highlighter), Luxie 205 tapered blending brush, Royal & Langnickel medium eye shader brush, Elizabeth Mott all over shadow brush, Luxie 215 small angle brush.
Now for the makeup.
I reach for my Stila the natural palette the most during the summer cause it’s easy. It has everything you need for an eye look.
It has all the mauvy pinks that I love and an awesome highlighter. I must admit the bronzer in this palette is not my fave but it definitely can be used in a pinch if this is the only palette you have on hand. Only drawback to this palette is it has been discontinued so if you see it in a Nordstrom Rack like I did grab them all. I did find a lot of these shades are comparable to some in the Lorac Pro as well.
Two top blushes for summer are always dandelion and bella bamba from Benefit. They are the perfect pinks and most of the time I use them both. These blush palettes like this are usually released during the holidays so if you see them at Ulta grab one you won’t be disappointed.
Last but not least in the makeup department is lippies and OMG I have way too many pinky nude, pinky mauves and pinky pinks glosses. During the summer I reach for something that is sheer and quick so I have way more glosses then I do pink lipsticks.
My favorites at the moment are Be A Bombshell’s pout potion in Secret mixed with Model Co lip lacquer in Morocco. They are both nudey pinks but Morocco is slightly warmer and I just like how they look together.
I also love my Buxom lip polishes, creams & glosses. Can you tell which one I love the most. LOL Dolly is my fave cause of the mauvy pink factor that I love so much but Erin (on the left) & Berry Blast (on the right) are both gorgeous pinks as well.
And just for fun here are my favorite pink perfumes (pink bottles anyway)!
Left to Right: Victoria Secret Very Sexy, Marc Jacobs Daisy, Victoria Secret Angels Only, Victoria Secret Love Is Heavenly and Victoria Secret Body By Victoria …I like my Victoria Secret perfumes can ya tell??
How do you think pink?
And now I will grant you three wishes in my pink turbie twist.. Hahahahahaha.
Have a good Monday everybody!!
** I purchased the balmdotcom in May with my own money before this collaboration. All the content on this blog post and all opinions are my own.**

Wordy Wednesday-Birthday Wrap Ups
40th Birthday Selfie
40th Birthday Festivities (My sister’s birthday is the day after mine so we have always had our birthday parties together. We are 1 year and 364 days apart.)
We were not ready for the pic but my parents were…...LOL
’
~
Had a brief pause in the festivities in between mine/my sisters birthday & Bub’s to remember two friends who passed. My friend Melissa who recently passed away from cancer and my best friend that passed away in 2007. Please be in prayer for both families. It never gets easier when we loose a loved one.
And of course my Ginger who would have been 15 this year. Her birthday is the day before Bub’s. I still miss her like crazy.
~
Bub’s 16th birthday day and party.
We went to his favorite museum with my parents.
Then had a party for him the following Saturday.
