Our basil has gotten a smidge out of control and now it has new little green bug friend.

Determined Little Bugger

This pretty little weed poked it's way up through our Japanese magnolia bush but I don't have the heart to pull it out of the pot cause she was determined to be there and she's pretty. 😉

Veggie & Fruit Garden

Growing Lettuce

One of our little Stay At Home projects was growing lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and peppers. The peppers and tomatoes have taken off like wildfire and so has the bibb lettuce but the carrots we aren't so sure about yet since we can only see the tops. Here are some pictures of the lettuce with our new little friend Miss ladybug. I will post more pictures of the others next week.

Just Checking In

Hope everyone is still hanging in there. Our state has pretty much opened up with restrictions but I think we will still be staying close to home for about a month for good measure.
